Where It Grows Matters

We source exclusively from high-altitude farms in Central and South America. Mountain-grown at elevation, in rich soil and natural shade — conditions that naturally reduce acidity and produce a smoother, fuller-bodied cup.

Harvest

Handpicked, Every Time

No machines. No shortcuts. Our farmers make three to four passes through their fields each season, selecting only the ripest cherries at peak flavor. It's why the coffee tastes the way it does.

Washed, Sorted, and Graded

After harvesting, beans go through a careful water-based process, dried naturally for up to three weeks, then sorted by machine and again by hand. We only purchase the top premium grade — the kind that rarely leaves the country of origin.

Every order is roasted to our exact standards the day it ships. We don't hold pre-roasted bags sitting in warehouses for months. We dial in temperature, speed, and timing for each origin.
